Pinot purity on offer here with a lighter colour in the glass and varietal aromas of cherry and strawberry with earthy hints and well integrated oak. The palate delivers all the supple silkiness you search for in good Pinot Noir, it’s got good structure length and acidity. Superb with duck confit.
