Hero of Zero relies on a zero nasties policy to ensure their wines are all preservative free and vegan friendly. Super fresh example of Pinot Grigio displaying varietal aromas of pear, citrus and a leesy, nutty complexity. The palate reflects the nose with a core of bright citrus fruit, a good mouthfeel and a refreshing line of acidity. Pair with pork wontons.
