A lovely fresh nose of subtle stone fruit, spice, riverstone and subtle musk. Very pure and beautifully layered with fruit-driven flavours of nashi pear and freshly cut apple building to an expansive and textured mid-palate contrasted by slatey complexity and a briney twang. An impressively intense and complex wine with a beautiful mineral backbone. Perfect with salt and pepper school prawns.
