Cabernet Sauvignon from the Western Ridge of the Barossa Valley make excellent medium weighted styles wine. Blending Malbec with this type of Cabernet Sauvignon provides the structure and body to the wine. Cabernet provides a lovely spice, cedar and dried herb undertone to the wine, while the Malbec adds blue fruits and chiselled tannins. Pair with a rib eye steak.
