This wine is a perfect companion to poultry, lobster, and shellfish. Rich, creamy sauces, soft cheeses like brie and camembert, and earthy mushrooms bring out its layered complexity.

It also works beautifully with grilled or pan-fried fish, including raw seafood like sashimi. Poached or steamed chicken, cheddar, onion, garlic, roasted root vegetables, squash, fresh herbs, toasted nuts and seeds, pasta, potatoes, and whole grains make excellent pairings.
