Pale lemony hues take you on a vibrant ride of zesty lime and fragrant honeysuckle. Sweetness abounds with hints of lemon, lime and citrus blossom and a balanced zing from the acidity. Finishes dry for the long haul. Great with Asian spice-laden cuisine, as well as savoury sweet-and-sour dishes and those with a moderate kick!

Our focus is controlling quality thru vineyard selection (often single vineyard) and sustainable vineyard management.
