Shipping Policy
Where we deliver
We currently deliver within Australia to VIC, NSW, QLD, ACT, TAS and WA.
We do not currently deliver alcohol to SA or NT.
Delivery addresses
We deliver to street addresses only. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Mail Centres or similar non-street delivery addresses.
Shipping costs
Shipping charges are based on your delivery postcode and order size and are confirmed at checkout.
- Metro Delivery: $10 per order
- National & National Plus Delivery: $15 per order
- Regional Delivery: $15 per 12-bottle carton (or part thereof)
- Regional Plus Delivery: $25 per 12-bottle carton (or part thereof)
- Remote Delivery: $50 per 12-bottle carton (or part thereof)
- Far Remote Delivery: priced at checkout based on your postcode and order size
For carton-priced zones, shipping is calculated per 12-bottle carton (or part thereof). The shipping charge shown at checkout is the final shipping price for your order.
Free shipping
Free shipping is available for orders of $300 or more (inc. GST) delivered to eligible postcodes in Metro Delivery and National Delivery zones only.
Free shipping does not apply to National Plus, Regional, Regional Plus, Remote or Far Remote zones. Eligibility is confirmed at checkout based on your delivery postcode (shipping zone).
Delivery timeframes
We aim to pick and pack orders within 2 business days.
As a general guide, delivery is typically within 2–10 business days after carrier collection, depending on your postcode and carrier schedules.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and can be affected by peak periods, weather events, and factors outside our control.
Carriers and delivery method
We use a mix of delivery services depending on postcode, order type, and operational requirements.
Deliveries are generally made Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm (excluding public holidays).
Authority to Leave (ATL): If ATL is available, it will be applied in accordance with the carrier’s policies and safe-place requirements. If a safe place cannot be identified, the carrier may not leave the parcel.
Age verification and compliance
Wine deliveries are subject to relevant alcohol and delivery compliance laws at the delivery address. 18+ signature and/or ID may be required.
Victoria: First-time customers in Victoria may be required to sign for delivery on their first order.
If delivery cannot be completed due to age verification or compliance requirements, re-delivery or return fees may apply.
Address accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete. Business addresses should include the business name.
If an order is returned to us or requires re-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional fees may apply.
Damage, loss, and claims
We pack wines carefully, however transit handling is outside our control.
- Minor scuffs or cosmetic packaging marks (labels, cartons) are not typically considered damage.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@vinoclock.com.au within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us assess and resolve the issue, please provide supporting information as soon as possible and within 5 days of delivery, including:
- Your order number
- Photos of the outer carton, inner packaging, and damaged bottles
Where appropriate, we will work with the carrier to assess and resolve the issue (replacement, refund, or other remedy depending on stock availability and circumstances).
