Aromas of pepper and aniseed lead into a fruit-driven palate dominated by red fruits, complemented by spicy and charred oak. Fine tannins and rich spice from whole-bunch fermentation add depth, carrying through to a long, refined finish. Enjoy now for its vibrancy or cellar for up to 10 years to develop further richness. A superb match for grilled lamb, spicy sausages, or aged cheddar.
