Vibrant aromas of blueberry, redcurrant, and dark purple pastille are layered with hints of sage, violets, and licorice. The rich, layered palate unfolds with blackberry, cranberry, and orange oil, supported by fine sandy tannins and lifted by bright mulberry acidity. Subtle notes of clove and star anise add depth, leading to a long, elegant finish. A superb match for grilled ribeye, game meats, or aged cheddar.
