There’s no mistaking this is Cabernet, so completely varietal. Aromatically fresh with vibrant blackcurrant with hints of sage and rosemary and an interesting herbal edge. Concentrated dark berry fruit complemented by seductive spice and intense fruit concentration on the long finish with great depth of flavour. Perfect to drink now or cellar confidently for 5+ years.
