Current vintage: 2020    Size: 750ml

Slightly opaque with yellow hues and a captivating nose of citrus, grilled nuts, honeysuckle and dried mountain herbs. The palate delivers a rounded mouthfeel of bright peach fruit with secondary nutty notes and an interesting minerality. Fine but persistent acidity draws out the long finish. A great pairing for vitello tonnato or crumbed pork with fennel.
