A delicious organic Cabernet that tastes as mother nature intended. There’s a freshness and purity of fruit on the nose with vibrant black fruits, hints of chocolate and a suggestion of savoury earth. The palate is smooth and bursting with ripe fruit flavours and delivers a fair bit of concentration. Soft tannins on the finish make for a drink now style that will cellar well in the short term. Pair with some lamb ribs with a rich barbecue sauce.
