Pale in colour with slight green hues. Fresh and delicate nose with restrained floral and trademark gooseberry aromas aiding complexity as well as wet-stone and white apple notes. The palate displays vital lime, citrus and passionfruit flavours underpinned by a fine mineral acid backbone. Nicely restrained, this Sauvignon Blanc would pair brilliantly with a Goat's cheese pizza.
