About this wine

Hailing from Veneto, Italy, the gradual drying process (appassimento) of the hand-picked grapes gives rise to rich scents of deep-rooted fruits, complemented by hints of spice and tobacco. Its bold and lively taste culminates in a tangy and savory finale, concluding with a satisfying, dry aftertaste. This wine pairs excellently with hearty red meats, cured meats, pork dishes, and hard or pungent cheeses. It also enhances dishes featuring tomato and mushroom, making it versatile for various culinary delights, including sweet and sour dishes from Asian or Middle Eastern cuisine.
