About this wine
This Rosé from Victoria entices with a subtle strawberry sweetness and a raspberry top note. Its fragrant florals make it the ideal summer sipper, while a typical grapey sweetness tantalizes the mid-palate and vibrant acidity cues a finish of tart cherry and grapefruit. Perfectly paired with cured meat, pork, poultry, shellfish, soft cheese and cream, pungent cheese, hard cheese, root vegetables, tomato, and beans and peas, try it with a tomato and pea risotto.
