The Colour of Raven wine shifts from inky black to a daring blue-purple hue and a ruby red in differing lights, just like a Raven's feathers. The bewitching black hue comes from the Limestone Coast's affluent Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, which offer a bouquet of blackcurrant. Aging in oak barrels adds to the complexity, giving notes of eucalypt and herbs to the palate.
