This Nero d'Avola is dark and mysterious on the nose, with pronounced aromatics and an abundance of plummy, blackberry, and black cherry flavour. To catch a glimpse of chocolate and brown spices, you must look a little deeper, where a savoury complexity resides. Enjoy its plush berries and its long, dry, savoury finish, complemented by a zesty acidity; perfect for pairing with a homemade lasagne. Soft tannins make this wine an all-round winner.
